First-Principles Based Crystal Growth Simulation of Nitride Semiconductor Alloys
Project Year: 2005   
A new multiscale simulation method which combines the crystal growth simulation with the ab-initio calculation is studied and developed, for the purpose of analysis of the mechanism of the composition fluctuation in the nitride semiconductor alloys.
