目的:看護師の共感性および社会的スキルが感情労働に与える影響を明らかにすることである。方法:対象は経験年数7年目までの急性期病院に勤務する看護師720名である。尺度は多次元共感測定尺度、看護における社会的スキル尺度短縮版、看護師の感情労働測定尺度を使用した。研究への協力が得られた323名のうち、有効回答は307名であった。結果:因子分析の結果、多次元共感測定尺度は【個人的苦悩】、【視点取得】、【空想】、【共感的配慮】の4因子、看護師の感情労働測定尺度は【適切な感情の探索と表出】、【表層適応...
