Yoshinobu ONISHI

Yoshinobu ONISHI is Professor of the Institute for Excellence in Educational Innovation at Chiba University, Japan, and is Advisor to the Rugby Football Club of the University. He was previously Deputy Director and Professor of the International College at Osaka University, Japan, where courses were all taught in English. He also served as Sales Representative at NHK or Japan Broadcasting Corporation and as Program Officer, an international public servant, at the United Nations University headquartered in Tokyo.
