出生前後のマウス生殖器官は発生、発達途中であり、この時期に性ホルモンを投与するとさまざまな生殖異常が生じる。これまでに、エストロゲン受容体ベータ型を介した卵巣特異的な作用を見いだし、その作用経路を解析している。
