As the Writing Centre Director, I oversaw staff recruitment and training, ensuring our tutors were well-prepared to support student writers. I focused on developing and implementing pedagogy and best practices for Zoom-based writing tutorials. Additionally, I organised online, student-led writing workshops to enhance writing skills across disciplines. During the pandemic, I ensured the Writing Centre continued to provide high-quality support while fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment for both staff and students.
