本研究では液中の引張・圧縮試験により塑性ひずみ幅を制御させた低サイクル疲労試験により、準安定オーステナイト系ステンレス鋼について、腐食疲労寿命に及ぼす塑性ひずみ幅の影響を明らかにした。繰返し変形により生じる加工誘起マルテンサイトが腐食環境での疲労亀裂の形成に及ぼす影響に着目した。モデル環境として腐食液は孔食試験に用いられるNaCl液を使用し、孔食が形成されやすい孔食電位以上の外部電位を試験片に印加した。その結果、疲労寿命は塑性ひずみ幅の減少とともに増加した。さらに塑性ひずみ幅が0.2-0....
