I am interested in teaching and research in areas of accounting and finance. Mostly favored teaching courses are financial accounting, cost accounting, management accounting, International Accounting, environmental accounting, business analysis and valuation, financial reporting and analysis, research methods, corporate finance, and advanced entrepreneurial finance.
My present research area is corporate governance, earnings management, family firms, venture finance, crowdfunding, and IPO firms.
