Yoshito Ohta

Yoshito Ohta studied Electronic Engineering at Osaka University. He has held faculty positions at the Department of Electronic Engineering and Department of Mechanical Engineering at Osaka University and a visiting position at MIT. In 2006, he joined Kyoto University where he is a Professor of Applied Mathematics and Physics. His research interests include robust control, networked control, and system identification. He is a member of Society of Instrumental and Control Engineers (SICE), IEEE, and SIAM. He is the Editor-in-Chief of SICE Journal of Control, Measurement, and System Integration (SICE JCMSI), an Editor of an Associate Editor of International Journal of Control, Automation, and Systems (IJCAS), and an Associate Editor of European Journal of Control and IET Control Theory & Applications.
