Analytica Study on Characteristics of Lithium-ion Battery after Impression of High Voltage Impulse

High-frequency high-voltage pulse was applied to LiB (Li-ion battery) and its effects were investigated. First, considering the inductance and ground capacitance of the transmission line, high impedance LiB was made by reducing the electrode area. It was expected that the capacity of LiB would decrease due to high voltage pulse, however it hardly changed. On the other hand, in the AC impedance analysis of the LiB after applying the high voltage pulse experiment, it was found that the arc of the high frequency side became smaller.
