Apr, 2017 - Apr, 2017本申請研究では、様々な機能性を持つTMDs原子層の配向性を含めた結晶構造の制御法確立によって、TMDs機能性材料を用いた「原子層エレクトロニクス」開発への新たな指針を示すことを目的とする。

Oct, 2016 - Oct, 2016近年、層状物質グラファイトを原子層化した際のディラック粒子の発見によって、様々な層状物質の原子層化による新規物性研究が行われている。本研究では、これまで本研究者が培ってきた分子線エピタキシー技術を用いて様々なセレン系遷移金属カルコゲナイド原子層を作成し、それらの電子状態を角度分解光電子分光によって直接観測することで、原子層化による新規物性解明と機能性材料開発に向けた指針を得ることを目的とする。

Apr, 2012 - Apr, 2012グラファイト層間化合物は、多彩な物性を示すため基礎/応用研究が盛んに行われてきた。しかしながら、極限まで薄くした2層グラフェン層間化合物は積層数制御の困難さのため報告例がなく、基礎物性に関しては未解明である。そこで本研究では、電子状態を直接決定することが可能な角度分解光電子分光を用いて、作成した2層グラフェン層間化合物における特異物性を電子状態から解明することを目的とする。
