Profile

Tomokazu Ishikawa is an Assistant Professor at Tamagawa University’s Center for English as a Lingua Franca and a part-time Lecturer at Waseda University’s Graduate School of Education, as well as a postdoctoral member at the University of Southampton’s Centre for Global Englishes. Prior to that, he was a Senior English Teacher at Japanese institutions for university entrance exam preparation. His research interests include English as a Multilingua Franca, transculturality, transmodalities, and language attitudes and ideologies.
