<p>This study focus on the development planning of sandbank area utilizing the approach of public participation and picks up the case of "Eco Shezidao" of Shezidao area, Taipei city. This study aims at clarify the characteristics of ining extra floor area. Actually, developers use several institutions of "Eco Shezidao" especially focus on the aspect of urban plan and business plan. Besides, this study analyzes the process of public participation of the development planning of "Eco Shezidao". Finally, this study evaluate and summarize outcome of the planning process of "Eco Shezidao" from the aspect of public participation.</p>
