本稿では心理療法のプロセスについて検討するために，複数の異なる学派のセラピストが同一の事例を読んで考察をした公刊事例を分析対象として，セラピストの視点に関する共通性の検討と事例プロセスのメタ的な分析を行った。その結果，まずセラピストの視点に関して，事例報告の中で着目するエピソードを選択する視点と，事例概要からクライエントの見立てを考える視点には共通性があり，セラピスト間および事例間で共通する普遍性の存在が示唆された。次に，事例のプロセスについては，臨床的な見立ての視点，クライエントとの一体的な関係性の構築，クライエントの主体的な動き，内的なテーマの展開とセラピストによる理解といった共通性をもって展開される部分があることが示唆された。この結果は2事例のみの検討に基づくものでしかないという限界もあるが，今後事例数を増やした検討を行うためのパイロットスタディとしては意義があると考えられる。This paper discusses the process of psychotherapy. Analysis was performed based on published case studies by therapists of different orientations. First, the similarities in the viewpoints of therapists were analyzed. Second, a meta-analysis of the case studies was performed. The results indicated a similarity of viewpoint, which involved choosing an important episode from case reports and case formulation from the case outline. These results suggested the existence of common ground between the therapists or the cases. On the other hand, the meta-analysis of the case studies suggested five similarities in the process, i.e., the viewpoints of case formulation, unity relationship between the client and therapist, self-direction of the client, the psychological theme, and the understanding of therapist. Although this suggestion has the limitation that it was based on only two case studies, it is significant as a pilot study for future meta-analyses of case studies.
