On the STEM education in Japan, the student’s gender ratio of male and female is still unbalanced. The number of female students are less than male students. Then, it is important to adjust student’s gender ratio in STEM education. To find the important success factors in female STEM education, we conducted interviews for 6 female persons in November 2018. Those are professors, students, and alumna of a college in the United States. This college is famous in STEM education and student’s gender ratio is almost half recently. Each interview was recorded and created transcriptions. In this time, we analyzed those transcriptions by using Text Mining Method. Frequent Keyword list, co-occurrence network diagrams are used to identify important factors, those are recognized by interviewees. In result, we find out the important factors, for example, accessible role model, opportunities, and support. Those factors are recognized by Female professionals and students while they were growing up from children to higher education in STEM field.
