Dr. Abdelrahman is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Engineering Sciences at Kyushu University. He obtained his PhD from Kyushu University (2017), MSc. from Graz Univerity, and Aswan University (2012). He was awarded the JSPS Postdoctoral fellowship-Standard (2017-2019). Dr. Abdelrahman worked as an Appointed Associate/Assistant Professor at the Center for Japan-Egypt Cooperation in Science and Technology, Kyushu University (2020-2023). He also worked as a visiting scholar at the Department of Material Science and Engineering, North Carolina State University (2019), and the Department of Material Science and Engineering, National Taiwan University (2025).
