Tedone David

David Tedone is professor of global business at Musashino University in Tokyo, Japan, where he teaches Business Communication, Public Relations, Marketing Communication, Media Literacy, and International Business Culture and Communications. Previously, he was principal instructor, Toyo University-UCLA Extension Center for Global Education, and taught business English as principal instructor for the UCLA Extension Tokyo Center, as well as at schools in Rome Italy, and Boston, USA. His educational interests include business and cross-cultural communication, discourse analysis, marketing, media literacy, and content-based (EMI) teaching. Prior to teaching, Mr. Tedone was director of communications for international corporations and a business consultant. He holds an MA in Applied Linguistics from the University of Massachusetts Boston, and an MA and BA in English from the University of Connecticut. In 2010, he was named a Distinguished Instructor at UCLA Extension.
