We achieved the following milestones over the course of our project: (1) successful integration of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) in photoconductive antenna devices, (2) demonstrated their promising efficiencies as terahertz (THz) emitters, and (3) showed that THz emission spectroscopy is a powerful tool in unraveling quasiparticle dynamics in low dimensional materials.
