<p>We attempted optical sum frequency generation spectroscopy and microscopy of the rice grain at different stages from the beginning of the growing process in order to find out the molecular structure of polysaccharides contained. The samples are rice grain 5-10 days after flowering(DAF 5-10) and 5-15 days after flowering(DAF 5-15) .We succeeded in getting SFG image and SFG spectrum for both DAF 5-10 and DAF 5-15.</p>
