本研究の目的は、社会福祉士養成における相談援助演習効果を高める方法として有効だと考えられる、総合型地域演習の展開の在り方とその効果について検証することである。演習の内容は「越谷市地域福祉推進協議会作業部会の下で、2011年3月11日の東日本大震災当日から、ライフラインの復旧までの期間中で、市民・福祉関連施設・その利用者・あるいは商店等の様子をヒアリングし報告する」というものである。総合型地域演習とは「地域において解決に値する福祉課題に関して、専門職倫理を意識し、学生がグループ活動を通して、直接援助技術から間接的援助技術、関連援助技術までのあらゆる社会福祉援助技術を総合的に活用し、チームとなって活動をする中で、人間関係形成力を高める」ことを目標とする。その効果の検証は、ヒアリング成果と学習成果の二つをもって行った。ヒアリング成果としては「社会的弱者の生活圏での支え合い」「社会福祉従業者の献身的な行動」「社会福祉施設の社会的信頼の重要性」を示す出来事が報告され、地域福祉推進に貢献できる情報収集がなされ福祉講座の開催へと繋がった。学習成果としては、学生レポートから分類すると「地域の重要性」「ヒアリングのために必要な社会福祉援助技術」「人間関係形成力」といった、総合型地域演習のねらいに沿った内容を認識し、それらの自己知覚へと繋がった。しかし、全学年がねらいの全てを意識化しているわけではなく、総合型地域演習として、学習段階によって必要な専門技術や知識を意識付けできる機会や振り返りシートなどの活用が求められる。 The purpose of this study is to examine what skill seminars social work ought to be developed as the community work seminar program including general inclusive social work skills (the General model for community work seminar) and that its educational effectives in order to achieve good results of such a seminar on training for certified social workers. This seminar program lied on the working group of the Committee of Promoting Community Care (CPC) undertook to report the interview research on experiences of local residents, welfare service providers, welfare users and shopkeepers within a period from the day, March 11, 2011, the Great East Japan Earthquake occurred to the time of being restored life line service. The General model for community work seminar provide students to have experiences that 'to use every social work skills including direct, indirect and related social work skills in order to treat social problems in local community which could be expected to solve, being conscious of professional ethics through the group work of students, and to improve the abilities of building of human relationships'. The effects of this seminar program were measured by the results of interview research and learning effectiveness. In terms of the results of interview research, 'the support each other among the life circle of socially vulnerable groups', 'activities devotedly by social welfare practitioner ', 'the importance of social trust of social welfare facilities' were reported and that provided information to contribute to promote community care and then has led into the community forum in local area. Through the students' reports , regarding learning effectiveness, it was founded that students was aware of the essence of aim of the General model for community work seminar such as 'importance of community ', 'Social Work skills for interview research' and 'abilities of building of human relationships' , and they became to realize those meanings .It cannot, be said, however, that every students understand the all aim of this seminar program and then it could be expected to provide the opportunity to let students be aware of necessary professional skills and information depending on the level of learning and to use the worksheet for reflecting on their study.
