I am an early-career scholar specializing in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and business ethics, with a particular focus on stakeholder relationships and social issues in management within the context of emerging market enterprises. My research primarily employs qualitative and mixed-method approaches to explore alternative perspectives that challenge mainstream business paradigms. Drawing on a positivist foundation, I seek to integrate social science methodologies with a humanistic lens, striving to amplify non-mainstream voices in organizational studies.

My recent research explores topics such as the deconstruction of governance structures in state-owned enterprises, stakeholder dialogue practices, and collaborative engagements on social issues. Additionally, I am working to incorporate elements of critical management studies (CMS) into my work.
