佐藤 清香

Sayaka Nagao-Sato’s research interests are nutritional epidemiology and nutrition education. She has been engaged in studies regarding community-based participatory research and epidemiological analysis using national dietary data during her visiting scholar at the University of Minnesota, and eating behaviors changed by life events among older adults during her PhD program at Ochanomizu University. At the Shizuoka Graduate University of Public Health, she will also engage in implementation research based on epidemiological evidence and behavioral science to improve citizens’ healthy behavior.
