研究からの価値創造を最大限に、効果的な研究支援を提供したい 

私は、学術研究支援者として、特にプレアワード支援を中心に活動しており、特に、研究者の独創性（オリジナリティ）を尊重したサポートを心がけています。この役割を通じて、研究者からのフィードバックを集め、それを活かして様々な学内システムの開発や研究支援フレームワークの構築に取り組んでいます。

また、社会と研究者を直接つなぎ、普段は口にすることなく難しいとあきらめていた一人ひとりの心の中にくすぶる小さな疑問や課題に対する解決の糸口を生み出すべく、「知」への熱い想いや、好奇心を持つさまざまな仲間が集うコミュニティ「炎-HOMURA」を運営しています。大学・企業・市民、3者のそれぞれのアイデアと情熱を掛け合わせて新しい価値を生み出すプロジェクト「炎-HOMURA」で未来を変える小さな炎をともに育ててみませんか？市民、企業、研究者、誰もが自由に参加できます。

Provide effective research support that maximizes the creativity of researches.

 As an academic research support specialist, I focus primarily on pre-award support, providing assistance that respects the originality of researchers. In this role, I gather feedback from researchers and leverage it to develop various internal systems and build research support frameworks.

I’m also one of the contributors to Project HOMURA, a community that connects researchers and society to spark solutions to the small questions and quiet challenges that often smolder in people’s minds—issues they might otherwise give up on as too difficult to express or solve.

Driven by a shared passion for knowledge and curiosity, HOMURA brings together diverse members from universities, companies, and the public.
