藤橋 卓也

Takuya Fujihashi received the B.E. degree in 2012 and the M.S. degree in 2013 from Shizuoka University, Japan. In 2016, he received Ph.D degree from the Graduate School of Information Science and Technology, Osaka University, Japan. He was an assistant professor at the Graduate School of Science and Engineering, Ehime University since Jan. 2017 to Mar. 2019. He is currently an assistant professor at the Graduate School of Information Science and Technology, Osaka University, Japan. He was research fellow (PD) of Japan Society for the Promotion of Science in 2016. From 2014 to 2016, he was research fellow (DC1) of Japan Society for the Promotion of Science. From 2014 to 2015, he was an intern at Mitsubishi Electric Research Labs. (MERL) working with the Electronics and Communications group. He selected one of the Best Paper candidates in IEEE ICME (International Conference on Multimedia and Expo) 2012. His research interests are in the area of video compression and communications, with a focus on multi-view video coding and streaming over high and low quality networks.
