<p>我々はBiS_2_系層状超伝導体単結晶試料を用いて超伝導転移温度の一軸圧力効果を調べている。本系は2枚の隣接するBiS_2_伝導層がVan der Waals力により結合した構造を持つ。c軸方向に一軸圧力を印加し、超伝導特性を調べることで、この2枚のBiS_2_伝導層の結合が超伝導にどのように関与しているのか知見を得ることが目的である。</p>

<p>ThCr_2_Si_2_-typeの結晶構造をとる化合物は強相関f電子系としてはSiやGeを含む系において長年精力的に研究されてきた。近年、FeAs系超伝導体の研究の進展もあり、ニクトゲン系の化合物について対象が広がっている。我々は高圧合成法など用いてRPd_2_P_2_系の研究を行っている。R=Ceにおいては強磁性転移と近藤効果が競合する系として注目されており、Rを系統的に変えて物性研究を行ったので報告する。</p>

<p>URu2Si2は、17.5 Kで「隠れた秩序」に相転移し、1.5 Kで超伝導を示す。「隠れた秩序」と共存する新奇な超伝導状態の詳細を明らかにするために、純良単結晶に対するSi NMR測定を行った。結果、磁化容易軸方向のナイトシフトは超伝導転移に伴い減少したが、磁化困難軸である面内ナイトシフトの変化は見られなかった。異方的なナイトシフトの変化について詳細を議論する。</p>

<p>多くの強相関電子物性が発現する充填型スクッテルダイトは、一般に重希土類元素が充填された系の結晶育成が難しい。そのため、それらの基礎物性や、特徴的籠状構造に由来する非調和フォノンの物性への寄与と充填元素依存性等はあまり明らかになっていない。最近、我々は新規重希土類充填スクッテルダイトの高純度結晶育成に成功し、低温における物性異常を明らかにしたので報告する。</p>
