Scraping operation is indispensable to make high accuracy machine tools and measuring instruments, since scraping is able to make precise surface without any standards. Scraping however needs not only highly professional skills but also the ability to make a scraping strategy, such as where and how far to be scraped. In general, it takes long time to master these abilities, and skillful workers are decreasing year by year. A simulator was developed to help understanding for the scraping operation in the previous study. In the simulator, a series of scraping operation, such as "marking up", "judging" and "scraping", can be performed just like a scraping operator (worker) in virtual space. By using the system, we can bring up a skillful worker effectively, because an operator using this system can retry easily, if the results obtained are not proper or not desired. For that purpose, functions and GUI of the simulator are important. This paper describes the concepts and developments of those functions.
