1-1.培養小植物体のクロロフィル蛍光を培養器外から励起・画像化するシステムを、高感度CCDカメラ、光ファイバー式ハロンゲンランプおよび光学フィルターを用いて構築した。<br> <br>1-2.水ストレスを与えた植物におけるクロロフィル蛍光パラメータの個体内分布を測定した。<br> <br>2.様々な植物においてクロロフィル蛍光パラメータFv/Fmを測定した。また、数種の植物では、季節変化や個体内分布を測定した。さらに、Fv/Fm値が明記された論文を収集し、プロトタイプデータベースの枠組みを決定した。<br> <br>3.ホウレンソウのNaCl添加水耕栽培において、クロロフィル蛍光パラメータFv/Fmを測定し、NaClの添加がホウレンソウ葉の光合成に与える影響を調べた。
