ダイコンバーティシリウム黒点病に対する防除効果を昆虫寄生菌Verticillium lecaniiを用いて検討した。温室試験と圃場試験でV. lecaniiの7菌株(A-2、B-2、C-1、2aF30、2aF31、2aF43、AaF101)を用いて実施した。V. lecaniiの分生胞子を処理したポット試験では全てのV. lecanii菌株で高い防除効果があり、病原菌単独処理と比較して有意な差が認められた。なかでもB-2が最も高い防除効果を示し、病原菌単独処理の発病率51.2%と比較して3...

<p>Lecanicillium 属菌を用いたコナガの微生物的防除を検討した.まず,生物的防除資材として有望なプロトプラスト融合株13 菌株中4 菌株がコナガに対して親株より高い病原性を示した.また,これら4 菌株にLT50 値の低い1 菌株を加えた第二選抜において,接種後6 日目における致死率が84.0%,LT50 値が2.6日と最も高い病原性を有する2aF27 を選抜した.この系統は食害面積割合も13.9%と最も低かった.しかし,Beauveria bassiana...
