構造物に貼付または埋め込まれた圧電材料の電気インピーダンスが,構造物に内包された損傷部の接触音響非線形性に起因して構造物振動に同期した変調を示すことを利用した,高感度の損傷モニタリング手法を開発した.この「非線形圧電インピーダンス変調法」は,従来から提案されている圧電インピーダンス法と非線形波動変調法とを融合し発展させたものであり,疲労き裂やボルト緩みなど接触型の初期損傷を感度よく検出可能である

ボルトの緩み,ガタ,開閉クラックなど非線形性を有する損傷部位を内包する構造システムにおいて,構造物中を伝播する波動を用いて,損傷の程度,損傷部位の位置,損傷部位の非線形特性などを同定する手法を確立することを目的に研究を行った.得られた成果は以下の通りである.1.模擬クラックを有するはりについて波動分離に基づく損傷検出手法を適用し,クラック長さと位置検出の可否との関係を調べた.その結果,雑音の少ない良好な計測環境下においては,はりの厚さに対して25%までの長さのクラックを検出可能であることが...
