Mobile projectors have come under the spotlight as a personal device to support a wide range of user tasks; however, projected image should be stabilized for applications used in motion because a projector shakes with a body sway during moving and, accordingly projected images swing. We present a preliminary comparative study on the image stabilization techniques, aiming at projecting images on the floor at a fixed position from the user: 1) inference-based, 2) selective suspension-based, and 3) prediction-based.
