P(出生後日)10-14ラットからの体性感覚皮質切片の安静時[Cl-]i(細胞内Cl-濃度)はP17-19のそれに比し有意に高かった.フロセミドはこの高値の[Cl-]iを変化させないが,ブメタニドはそれを有意に減少させた.P10-14中,γ-アミノ酪酸の適用は大多数の皮質ニューロンで[Cl-]i流出を誘発した
