Profile

Research expert and experienced engineer of noble metal nanoparticles self-assemblies. A series of the self-assemblies of noble metal nanoparticles ; a) one-dimensional chain-like supernanoparticles stable within measurements in aqueous media (commercialized as Archilys colloidal SERS substrate), b) two-dimensional linearly arranged assemblies on nano-imprint mold, c) two-dimensional rod-like array by oblique angle deposition (commercialized as NIDEK Wavelet SERS substrate), d) three-dimensional bulky honeycomb-like assemblies, and e) gold nanoparticle decorated polystyrene microbeads dynamically activated by electrophoresis were fabricated. And their application to co-aggregation assay, nano-beacons for imaging, anti-counterfeit nano tags and miscellaneous were developed.
