I have received Master Science and Doctor Engineer degree in Automation System from State University of Campinas (São Paulo/Brazil) in 1982 and 1989, respectively. Since 1983, I have worked as a senior technologist in the Center for Information Technology Renato Archer (CTI), where I coordinate technological projects form Brazilian interest. Since 2002, I am an adjunct professor at the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas (PUCCAMP), coordinating the specialization course in Logistics Management of Business. Currently, I am also researcher of the National Center for Research and Development (CNPq).
