Profile

Akihisa Matsuno graduated the Tokyo University of Foreign Studies, and the Graduate School of the Tokyo University of Foreign Studies, majoring Indonesian Studies. He teaches international politics and conflict studies, and has extensively written on conflicts and peacebuilding in East Timor and Indonesia. Recently he is doing research in other Asian countries, Middle East and South America.
