We report on the generation of high-flux continuum harmonics using a high-energy three-channel waveform synthesizer. The soft-x-ray super-continuum supporting < 300 as isolated attosecond pulses at 48 eV is generated. The continuum soft-x-ray energy is evaluated to > 100 nJ.
