海洋での国際共同研究では中心となる測定項目について，共通の観測・測定手法が採用され，データの質と互換性が保障されている．本節では，共通手法のうち，本章の1，2節で陸上生態系について述べられたものに相当する部分を紹介し，さらに，溶存酸素による測定法について補足する．In international projects to study primary productions and ocean carbon flux in the ocean, universal protocols for the core measurements were adopted for quality-guaranteed and comparable data sets in each experiment.
