本研究では,社会的問題解決と適応,情動との関連を検討することを目的とした。大学生 (N=677,M=19.74歳) を対象に,社会的問題解決能力としてSPSI-R,情動としてSTAI,適応としてQOSLを実施した。情動との関連では,特性不安が問題への否定的な捉え方に強く関連していること,問題の肯定的な捉え方が合理的な解決方略に,問題の否定的な捉え方が回避的な解決方略に関連していることが示された。適応との関連では合理的な問題解決方略が適応的生活と,回避的な問題解決方略が不適応的生活と関連していた。これらの結果から適切な社会的問題解決が適応的生活に影響している可能性が示唆された。This study examined the relationships among the emotion, social problem solving, and social adjustment. University students (N=677, M=19.74 years old) responded the questionnaires; the STAI as an assessment of emotional aspect, the SPSI-R as an assessment of social problem solving, and the QOSL as an assessment of social adjustment. Path analysis revealed following relationships. Trait anxiety strongly related with negative problem orientation of SPSI-R. In SPSI-R, positive problem orientation related with rational problem solving, and negative problem orientation related with avoidance style. Rational problem solving related with social adjustment and avoidance style related with social maladjustment. These results suggested cognitive and emotional regulation effects on the social adjustment of university students.
