観測された表現型データのばらつきと遺伝子型データをはじめとするオミックス情報を結びつける統計モデリングを量的遺伝学の見地から行っています。個体の表現型データの効率的な測定のためには、デジタルフェノタイピングを用いた画像やセンサーデータの収集・解析も欠かせません。モデリングから得られた知見を用いて動植物における育種手法の改良や農畜産業の効率化を推進することに関心があります。
