I'm exploring developmental interaction processes (process science) in the workplace.

Theory and practice are inseparable, because social science is on solving problems in the field, not just writing a paper.

Statistical methods can only reveal causal relationships between two variables in a given situation (cross-sectional structural analysis). To improve the situation (how can we make the situation better?), the "Social Interaction Process (SIP)'' paradigm, which discovers the Law of Mutual Attitudes (GTA), is effective. M-GTA visualizes the analysis process, allowing others to test the objectivity of the analysis. By testing the validity and usefulness of the discovered data-proven theory (GT) through action research (AR), which is a supportive intervention for new pairs of research participants, social outcomes can be achieved.
