 CCDを検出器として用いた光熱変換分光法について検討した。波長532 nmの励起光と波長633 nmのプローブ光を、それぞれ音響光学素子で変調し、同軸にした後、顕微鏡ステージ上のガラス製マイクロ流体チップ中の液体試料に照射した。励起光を除去した後、プローブ光をCCD(12bit、プログラム可能)に導入した。励起光の変調周波数を1743 Hz、プローブ光の変調周波数を1748 Hzと5 Hzの差をつけ、CCDを20 Hzで動作させた。励起光による光熱変換現象と、プローブ光照射に5 Hzのう...
