加藤 勇夫

Isao KATO works currently at Japanese wiring system and electronic equipment manufacturer and Nagoya Institute of Technology as a research scientist. He received Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from Aichi Institute of Technology, Japan, in 1993 and 1995, respectively. He received Doctor of Engineering in Architecture, Civil Engineering, and Industrial management engineering from Nagoya Institute of Technology, Japan, in 2017.
He currently has interests in the cyber-attack defense equipment for IoT devices, especially for ICSs and Automobiles. His research goal is to keep the safety function (e.g., the function of running, turning and stopping) for automobiles by achieving the intrusion detection function for malware in the automotive wiring system with intelligence.
Further, he has other interests in research and development management methodology for companies.
