Profile

I am a PhD candidate in Music (Musicology) at the University of the Southampton as well as Tokyo University of the Arts, studying medieval music, especially mensural theory. My main interests are ars antiqua, pre-Franconian theory, rhythmic modes, ligatures and notation.
