The purpose of this study was to clarify the life rhythms of patients and gender differences. A fundamental study using ActiGraph was conducted by the healthy adults. Results showed female subjects were significantly higher from the male one in Activity index. However, there was no significant difference observed in other data. From these, as key question for future research, in a research involving patients with ischemic heart disease as subjects, it is essential to consider not only gender differences but also age differences and factors influencing activity and rest.
