In a previous report, numerical computations of three-dimensinal motions of a rigid body representing a cup which collides with complicated surfaces were presented. An influence of friction in collisions was taken into consideration there, and the complicated surfaces were approximately divided into small triangle components. Using a computer program developed in the previous study, we estimate the coefficients of dynamic friction and restitution from experiments for a cup sliding on slopes and one falling on a plane.
