AIN-93G 飼料組成のうちコーンスターチの50%を生ナガイモ凍結乾燥物で置き換えた飼料を4週間与えた正常マウスにおける肝臓での遺伝子発現パターンの変動をDNA マイクロアレイによって網羅的に分析した。先にヤムイモの食品機能性のひとつとして免疫賦活作用が報告されているが、ナガイモの摂取による、それに関連した遺伝子発現変動としてFc受容体をコードする遺伝子の中でFcer1g とFcgr2b の発現が増加した。また、MHC クラスIとII経路での抗原プロセッシングと抗原提示に関わる遺伝子群が...

最近,ガン,血栓性および炎症性疾患に対するn-3系不飽和脂肪酸の予防効果が知られるようになり,これらの摂取が推奨されている。最近,畜肉でのn-3系不飽和脂肪酸の増加を目的に線虫のn-3系脂肪酸生成に関わる酵素遺伝子(hfat-1)をブタに導入することでn-3系脂肪酸を増加できることが報告された。本研究では,植物(ベニバナアマ)由来のn-3系脂肪酸の生成に関わる酵素ω3脂肪酸不飽和化酵素(FAD3)遺伝子をウシ筋衛星細胞に導入し細胞内での機能的な発現を検討すると共に...
