Performed system development and quality assurance work for many years at NTT DATA Corporation. Having experienced a project that turned into a social problem due to a security attack, I studied at a graduate school for working adults and earned a degree in research on security requirements and assurance. Transferred to the Information-technology Promotion Agency (IPA) and engaged in the dissemination and development of safety analysis technologies such as system theory (STAMP).

Currently, I am temporally seconded to the National Institute of Informatics from NTT DATA Corporation and am working on research under the theme of "safety of AI systems". After the JST Future Society Creation Project adoption/research exploration project "Value Creation (QAML) by Highly Reliable Machine Learning Application System", "Engineerable AI Accelerates High Quality and Practical Use of Systems Using Machine Learning" Engaged in research in the "Technology Development (eAI)" project. The eAI project was adopted as a full-scale research project for the 2nd year of Reiwa on November 30, 2020. It will start as the first full-scale research in the area of "realization of a super-smart society". https://www.jst.go.jp/mirai/jp/program/super-smart/index.html

Also, since 2016, I have hosted the STAMP Workshop five times and have built an AI / IoT system safety community (about 850 people) in collaboration with domestic and foreign engineers and researchers. From 2019, I planned and hosted the "AI / IoT System Safety Symposium" as the program chairman. I am aiming to build a safe and secure digital society.

I had the experience of establishing an in-house telework system in order to make use of it to balance child-rearing and work, and has won the Excellence Award of the Japan Telework Association "Telework Promotion Award".
