I am an Assistant Professor at Kochi University of Technology (KUT), Research Institute for Future Design (RIFD). My interests include corporate governance, labor economics and experimental economics. In my dissertation, I explored how the pursuit of shareholder-value by management has affected labor policies at large Japanese enterprises. My current research project focuses on the impact of telework on productivity and job satisfaction by Japanese emloyees.
