基板上微細加工技術の進歩に伴い,製造プロセス中で応用可能な基板上ナノ異物検出法が求められている.そこで我々は,高感度性や高 速計測性といった特性を備えた,揮発性液体をプローブとして用いる全く新しい原理に基づいた光学的ナノ異物検出手法を提案している.本報では,落射照明型位相差顕微鏡を用いた液相界面挙動高感度観察装置を構築し,検出特性の実験的検証,および通常観察と比較した結果を示す.
