I show a frame of "environmental information design" and a saying new design as the method in order rejected "placelessness" spreads out, and to measure rebuilding of combination characteristics of a new-shaped "place" idea through helping a commitment to a place in the modern society showing a discrete aspect, and this study is aimed at clarifying one end of the appearance.
