伊与田 昌慶

1986年愛知県生まれ。2009年立命館大学国際関係学部卒業、学士（国際関係学）。2011年京都大学大学院地球環境学舎修士課程修了、修士（地球環境学）。2011年から2021年まで特定非営利活動法人気候ネットワーク勤務。2014年より気候変動交渉・政策の提言に取り組むNGOのネットワーク”Climate Action Network Japan (CAN-Japan)”の事務局を担う。2022年より国際環境NGO 350.orgに参加し、広報・政策提言担当、350 Japanリーダー代行として活動。現在、350.orgのジャパン・キャンペーナー、東洋学園大学非常勤講師。これまでに阪南大学、京都女子大学大学院、大阪成蹊大学、立命館大学で非常勤講師。2007年より国連気候変動枠組条約締約国会議（COP）に参加し、気候変動交渉・政策の調査や政策提言、市民ムーブメントの構築に取り組む。

著書に、"Local Energy Governance: Opportunities and Challenges for Renewable and Decentralised Energy in France and Japan"（共著、Routledge、2022年）、『地域資源を活かす温暖化対策　自立する地域をめざして』（共著、学芸出版社、2011年）他。「気候危機への最新の知見 : IPCC第6次報告書 」『世界（956）』（単著、岩波書店、2022年）など雑誌メディアへの寄稿多数。

Mr. Iyoda is the Japan Campaigner of 350.org. He leads advocacy and people's movement to accelerate decarbonization and the just transition to 100% renewable energy in Japan for climate justice. He has followed the international climate negotiations at the UNFCCC and G7/G20 since 2007. In recent years, he has worked as a part-time lecturer at the Graduate School of Kyoto Women’s University, Osaka Seikei University, and Ritsumeikan University. He has co-authored several books, including "Local Energy Governance: Opportunities and Challenges for Renewable and Decentralised Energy in France and Japan" (Routledge, 2022), "Climate Actions Utilizing Local Resources" (Gakugei Shuppansha, 2011) and “Coal-fired Power Generation: Q&A.” (Kamogawa, 2018). He holds an MA in Global Environmental Studies at Kyoto University, Japan.
