El-Maghrabey Mahmoud

Dr. El-Maghrabey has served as an Assistant Professor at the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Nagasaki University, for three years and is currently an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Mansoura University, Egypt, since March 2022. He earned his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Analytical Chemistry from Nagasaki University in 2016 and began his academic career at Mansoura University later that year. He has received prestigious fellowships from the Takeda Science Foundation and the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (2017-2020) and returned to Nagasaki University as an Assistant Professor from 2020 to 2022 and again from 2023 to 2024.

His research focuses on advanced analytical techniques, including LC-MS and non-enzymatic immunoassays, for analyzing pharmaceuticals and biomarkers. Dr. El-Maghrabey has published 85 peer-reviewed articles, over ten book chapters, and edited a book on Green Analytical Chemistry. His work has garnered several awards, such as Egypt's State Encouragement Award and the Japan Society of Analytical Chemistry Award for Young Researchers. In addition to research, he is dedicated to teaching and mentoring students in pharmaceutical analysis and related fields.
